Why use the DCM-20?

  • Outstanding quality and reliability with state-of-the-art design. The pixel resolution has been increased by the use of a 4000-pixel photo line and thus brought even higher precision. The signal is interpreted using state-of-the-art technology by means of curve evaluation via derivatives. The electronics were designed with modern, high-temperature resistant semiconductor chips. Higher process temperatures are tolerated without cooling. 100 deg. C process temperatures are just as possible as 130 deg. C CIP and SIP processes.

  • Despite all their advantages, KxS sensors are more cost-effective than sensors of comparable quality. This is achieved by the compact design as well as the higher level of integration.
  • Cost-effective solutions for control by the control center. Both complete solutions and individual components are offered. A module for calculating results from multivariate data from several different sensors is available.
