HPLC/SEC-Separation

HPLC is playing an increasingly important role, particularly in the biochemical sciences. The success of the process depends to a large extent on the quality and properties of the column. This is where AppliChrom, with its many years of experience in development and production, offers a decisive advantage. Even well-known chromatography providers supply AppliChrom columns under their own name. The user has the advantage of support from the manufacturer in the form of comprehensive application documentation.

AppliChrom not only offers a large selection of columns for your safety when choosing a product, but for your safety also helps in cases of doubt with sample measurements and adaptation of the column to find the best solution for your requirements.

Gel permeation chromatography (GPC, also known as SEC size exclusion chromatography) is a special form of chromatography that separates according to purely steric (size) criteria. This requires that the sample and column show no physical interactions. Column material and pore size distribution are therefore critical for the performance of the overall system and therefore for the quality of the results.

MMAC - Meinhard Missbach GmbH. was founded in 1980. Part of the area of responsibility together with the company name was then split off in 2016. Since 2014, the cooperation with AppliChrom Oranienburg has existed as a representation for southern Germany and Austria.
