DCM-20 Process Connection

DCM-20 process refractometers are sensors designed primarily for in-line monitoring in pipes and are supplied with suitable connectors to achieve optimum results. In pipes, particular care must be taken to ensure that the product always flows around the prism and that the flow velocity of the medium is sufficient to ensure rapid material exchange and thus always provide an up-to-date concentration display. At the same time, rapid flow on the prism surface prevents the risk of deposits.

The advantage of the SPF (Single Piece Flow Cell) is that they are manufactured in one piece without a welded seam.

A large number of special fittings facilitate the correct integration of the sensor into the production system.
