MPR Calibration

The RI-value that is measured by the MPR (Micro Process Refractometer) on one hand depends on the concentration of the sample solution (increased concentration leads to higher RI-values) and on the other hand on the temperature (increased temperature lowers the RI). Therefore in order to calculate the real concentration from the RI and temperature values it is necessary to perform a multi linear regression that will yield the dn/dc, the dn/dt and an offset value. These values are then entered into the calibration table of the MPR Data Station.
